Role and Responsibilities of the Town Manager

As Town Manager, Bryan Gregg serves as the chief administrative officer of the Town of Trafalgar. The Town Manager oversees daily municipal operations and ensures that the vision and policies set by the Town Council are implemented effectively.

Primary duties include:

  • Overseeing all town departments and staff
  • Implementing and managing policies and directives from the Town Council
  • Helping drive community development, public services, and infrastructure planning
  • Preparing and managing the annual town budget and reporting on fiscal performance
  • Serving as a central point of contact between the Council and department heads
