The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five members. One member is appointed by the Planning Commission and must also serve on the Planning Commission. Three members are appointed by the Town Council President, one of whom must be a member of the Planning Commission, while the other two must not be. The fifth member is appointed by the Town Council and must not be a member of the Planning Commission.
