The Trafalgar Redevelopment Commission (RDC) is dedicated to fostering economic development, revitalizing key areas, and strategically guiding long-term infrastructure improvements in the Town of Trafalgar. The RDC plays a vital role in managing Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts and supporting projects that align with the town’s vision for responsible growth.
The Redevelopment Commission is composed of five voting members and one non-voting advisory member. Three voting members, serving as the Commission’s President, Vice President, and Secretary, are appointed by the Town Council President, while the remaining two voting members are appointed by the Town Council. The non-voting advisory member is also appointed by the Town Council President and serves a two-year term only.
