The Town of Trafalgar records and preserves meeting minutes to provide residents with an accurate account of Town Council, Planning Commission, and Board of Zoning Appeals proceedings. Minutes are reviewed and approved at the following scheduled meeting before being made available to the public. This process ensures transparency, accuracy, and a permanent record of town business.
