Once you have submitted your application, you may pay the application fee per the Official Fee Schedule to receive your Building Permit.
Be sure that you have your permit submitted in time!
Prior to work beginning on your project, you will need to have your Building Permit displayed in a prominent location on site. Typically, this is a street-facing window on the primary structure.
All permits will require inspections as outlined in the application. You will need to ensure that you are scheduling inspections in a timely manner to avoid reinspection fees and or missed inspection fees.
